All matter exists in a constant state of motion. Atoms dance in microscopic dynamism inside everything that seems still and solid. Yet because these dynamics are unseen, we forget that the foundations of our very reality are rooted in movement, change, and reciprocal influence.

Human beings aren’t exempt from this truth. Body and mind, each of us is an elaborate collection of atoms, molecules, and cells; a complex composite of ever-evolving states and stories, forged through time, both influenced and influencing, with most of that process occurring outside our conscious awareness.

Each of us is an extraordinary adaptive, living system. Our invitation and opportunity: to become ever-more aware… to get curious, to explore and play in the service of truly seeing and hearing ourselves; to cultivate a co-creative relationship with the full spectrum of our human intelligence.

This “work” influences everything – our inner world experiences of self and self-confidence, self-trust, creativity and contribution, as well as the quality of our relationships with family, friends, colleagues, and community.

Anything truly authentic, creative, leading-edge, or genuinely successful comes from that delicious liminal space where the known and the unknown overlap – where future and past are influenced by our awareness, interpretation of, and intentions in the present.
